Our NEW 1,000 sq ft home, located in the quiet town of Topock, can be found near where Route 66 crosses the Colorado River. Situated between Bullhead City and Lake Havasu City, this hidden desert gem is southeast of Needles on the California-Arizona border. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our cozy home can accommodate up to six guests, making it the perfect getaway for couples, friends, or families. The “Sunset bedroom” boasts a queen-size Sleep Number bed, ceiling fan, and a full attached bathroom. Need to catch up on work during your stay? No problem – there's also a dedicated workspace and a 32-inch Roku Smart TV for your convenience. Our “Sunrise bedroom” features a queen-size Sleep Number bed with cotton sheets, a ceiling fan, and a private patio perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. The “Mini-Sunset bedroom” includes a Double bed with cotton sheets and a ceiling fan. Need a pack n play? We've got one available upon request. Our guest bathroom includes a tub-style shower and vanity, along with a hair dryer, single-use makeup wipes, and hair ties for your convenience. All rooms have a sound machine and complimentary eye masks to help you get a great night sleep.
