The en suite carpeted bedroom features an upmarket king bed, electric blankets, lots of wardrobe space, and an en suite bathroom with gas HWS and heat lamps. The second bedroom and third bedroom consist of two comfortable single beds each, wardrobe space and large windows with a garden outlook. The second bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms, serviced by a gas HWS, overhead heat lamps and accommodates a fully laundry facility with front load washing machine and wall mounted clothes dryer. In the spacious lounge room there is a three and a two seater sofa, a very large 75 inch smart TV, DVD player and fast unlimited wifi. The lounge room opens up into a compact and private alfresco area with table and chairs. The carport area allows for two car parking.
