This authentic stone house nestled in a valley above a hamlet welcomes you for a natural holiday in the Cévennes. In the heart of a one-hectare property shaded by beautiful holm oaks, you can enjoy the swimming pool and a large playground at the back of the house. Meals will be taken on the terrace opening onto the kitchen, and other spaces will lend themselves more to relaxation and calm. Perfect place to recharge your batteries with family or friends! The space Renovation of the living room in progress this winter for more comfort: installation of a new kitchen with new appliances, redevelopment of the entire room. Photos to be updated! Composition of the house: On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with a kitchen area, a dining area and a living area with fireplace opens onto a shaded and secure terrace, equipped with a built-in barbecue. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, a shower room and a separate toilet, and at the end of the hallway, a door giving access to the outside at the back of the house. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, and a master suite with 1 180 cm bed, a sofa bed, and a shower room with adjoining toilet. A second terrace with garden furniture is on the other side of the house, enjoying a different sunshine from the other terrace. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and property, without sharing. You can park your vehicles at the entrance to the property in a large space provided for this purpose. Other things to note Rental management is provided by the Aigoual concierge. The pool measures 9 m by 5 m, and has a large space all around with deckchairs. A swing set is also available to guests. You can park up to 5 vehicles on the property in a reserved spot. You will have a large garden all around the house. Bed linens are provided. The beds will be made upon your arrival. We also provide bath mats and dish towels. You will need to bring your towels but if you wish we can make them available to you (4 euros per person) You will be close to many hiking trails, including the most famous of them, the 4000 steps, which will take us from Valleraugue to Mont Aigoual and its panoramic view, from the top of its 1567 m. Numerous caves, the Navacelles circus, a tree climbing course and many other activities are present in the area.
