On the ground floor without steps with a small courtyard (shared with a studio). The space Upon entering, a nice bright living room, with sofa bed (double bed on request), television A nice little new kitchen, fully functional, and a table for 4. On the sleeping area side, a double bed 180 x 190, divisible on request into 2 beds of 90 (4 people, 3 separate beds possible) Shower room, toilet and sink. Guest access Common courtyard with only one other studio. Parking is very easy in front of the building, but paid (we are in the very center...) Free behind Place Foch :-) Other things to note Events, parties, strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to shorten the booking at any time if the rules are not respected.
