The space WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Sunset Cottage has a full kitchen, dining area, large living room, laundry area w/ a full size washer + dryer, 2 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) + 1 full bath. Not to mention the huge front porch and new back deck. The house has been completely renovated, with everything inside being brand new...except for a few antiques here + there. While everything is new on the inside, the outside is wooded + wild. But, if you are looking for the kind of peace + quiet + wonder only found in the country, this is the place for you. At the cottage, you will enjoy a very large + shady front porch, a brand new back deck, which overlooks a back yard with lots to do, like play corn hole or make s'mores in the fire pit. Or, relax in the outdoor hot tub while enjoying beautiful sunset views. The cottage is settled in a wooded area. You may see a few friendly dogs or cats who live near the property. You also might see deer, raccoons, armadillos, opossums, wild turkeys, squirrels, turtles, frogs (lots of frogs), owls and neighboring farm animals. You might hear cows mooing from nearby farms, chickens looking for bugs to eat, roosters crowing, or coyotes howling through the night. Don’t be surprised to see bugs, spiders + snakes. They live out here, too. Especially bugs. Bugs are everywhere. Bring bug spray. During the summer, every time you open the door, it’s likely a bug will enter the cottage. The cottage isn’t a luxury resort, but you'll feel like it is as soon as you step through the door. It’s newly renovated with modern charm.
