Nice villa with pool. Child-friendly

This lovely accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, a kitchen with 6 seats & a dining room with room for 8-10 people. Fireplace in the living room (feel free to use in winter). Bedrooms: 1 teenage room, 2 child-friendly rooms, 1 adult bedroom directly adjacent to the bathroom. 3 out of 4 bedrooms have their own closets. There's also a pool, terrace & playground. You share the space with 2 cats, Prinsen & Findus, these require a review of cat food. No access to garage. The space The house was built in 2013. Apartment 1 has a ceiling height of 2.70 meters, which gives a very spacious feeling. Guest access All spaces except garage and 2 smaller storage rooms. Hot tub = winter time. (Braskammin=Preferably in winter) Pool = summer time! Other things to note ☆the washing machine handle has broken off but can be opened by bending the metal a little. ☆ patio doors lock automatically when closed, so hold the door in the open position if you do not want to be locked out. (The door handles should be in a vertical position when the door is in motion. Then you latch the door by pulling the handle in a horizontal position (in the wrong direction). ☆A couple of children have climbed on the wooden gate on the back so that it unfortunately "got stuck". This has not been fixed so it is unfortunately best to keep it closed. ☆The pool cover is rolled up with a crank and then closed with a tensioning strap. The pool temperature is set at about 26 degrees. ☆The tree in the roundabout has been removed and lighting has been installed. ☆ 2 male cats live in the house. Grateful if they can have their dry food inside the cage refilled, if this should happen to run out during the stay. :) These 2 can go in and out as they please in the house. They have both their food and litter box in the laundry room. Therefore, please keep all interior doors open if you leave the house. Findus is black and adventurous, only at home from time to time for food. (Ticklish and doesn't like to be patted in certain places around the stomach. It's fine to pat on the head.) Prinsen is sand-yellow, he rarely goes very far but is best at eating and relaxing at home. (However, he gets locked in easily by mistake.) We would like you to help our cats by keeping the white neighbor cat that likes to sneak in to us. In agreement with the neighbors, you are welcome to scare it away with water.
