Nice villa with pool. Child-friendly

In this lovely accommodation there are 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, kitchen with 6 seats & dining room with room for 8-10 people. Open fireplace in the living room (feel free to burn in winter). Bedrooms: 1st teenage room, 2 child-friendly rooms, 1st bedroom for adults with direct confinement to bathroom. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own walk-in closets. There's also a Pool, deck & playground. You share the space with 1 cat named Findus. Therefore, a review of cat food is required. No access to garage. The space The house was built in 2013. Apartment 1 has a ceiling height of 2.70 meters, which gives a very spacious feeling. Guest access All spaces except garage and 2 smaller storage rooms. Hot tub = winter time. (Braskammin=Preferably in winter) Pool = summer time! Other things to note ☆the washer handle has gone off but can be opened with a little angling of the metal. ☆ patio doors automatically lock at closing, so haspull the door in the open position if you do not want to be locked out. (the door handles should be in the vertical direction when the door is in motion. Then you have the door by pulling the handle in the horizontal position (in the wrong direction). ☆A couple of children have climbed on the wooden gate at the back so unfortunately it "sat down". This isn't fixed so unfortunately it's best to keep it closed. ☆the pool cloth is rolled up with a crank and then closes with buckle straps. The pool temperature is set to about 26 degrees. ☆The tree in the roundabout is removed and the installation of lighting has taken place. ☆1 cat lives in the house. Grateful if he can have his dry food inside the cage refilled, if this should happen to run out during the stay. :) Findus can go in and out of the house as he wants through the cat flap. Has both its food and litter box in the laundry room. Therefore, please have all interior doors open if you leave the house. (Ticklish and don't like to be patted in certain places around the stomach. It's okay to pat your head.) We would like you to help the cat to keep the white and the gray neighbor cat that likes to visit. In consultation with the neighbors, you are welcome to scare it away with water.
