Located in an all-stone and wood family mansion, originally built in 1870, this home was totally renovated with lots of love and hard work. This is a historic building in the most central area of the seaside town Mili, on the Bay of Argolis. Because of its size, it was used as a hospital during WWII. The grounds were later (60's and 70's) made into an outdoor cinema. Nafplio, the beautiful regional capital, is just a few minutes drive along the coast. Mythical Lerna lake is 100 m away. The space The lower level is made up of quite a spacious sitting area, a couch (converts to two singles) and a fully-equipped kitchenette. There is a table with four chairs and a rocking armchair. The sleeping area (loft) has a slanting ceiling (maximum height 1.90 m) with a queen size bed. There is an independent bathroom with a shower unit. The house sits on a large lot with a garden, a patio and some flowers and trees. Guest access Parking is available on our private road and if necessary, on the property itself. Other things to note Adjacent to the house, there is playground (open access) and two tennis courts (access by request). Next to the playground, there is a small lake where the mythical monster Lernean Hydra used to live in ancient times. Hercules completed his second labor by slaughtering the monster; he had difficulty doing so. Every time, he cut off one of her nine heads, two would grow back.
