The space Inside your corporate accommodation in Brooklyn Building right next to the Travelodge is also a Tesco Express open from 6am until 11pm every day. The apartment itself is on the third floor (lift access) and boasts ultra modern interiors. Benefit from a coat closet in the hallway and a storage room with washer dryer. You have a private balcony overlooking the internal courtyard, free access to the communal gym and swimming pool, access to the open garden and enclosed courtyard. There is also a 24/7 concierge and onsite security in the development. The open plan living room has wooden flooring, floor to ceiling windows and a complete furniture pack. The stylish self-catering kitchen has plenty of storage space and comes fully equipped with dishwasher, full size fridge and separate freezer, electric oven and hobs and a range of kitchen utensils you may require during your stay. Both bedrooms have double beds and storage space (wardrobes, bedside tables, etc) but the master bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom. It comes with a bathtub, sink, toilet, built-in storage, heated towel rails and extra large mirrors. The second bedroom has access to the other bathroom located on the hallway which has the exact same features except for that it is a large shower cubicle instead of a bath. This short stay apartment in Greenwich is situated at Deptford Bridge DLR Station providing direct connections to the City of London in only 22 minutes and Canary Wharf in 12 minutes. Greenwich is one of London's most beautiful neighbourhoods and fortunately is only a 10 minute walk away; offering a range of shopping opportunities, great pubs, the beautiful Cutty Sark and the River Thames. Particularly during summer you can benefit from the extensive greenery of Royal Greenwich Park which boasts stunning views of London's skyline and it home to the Royal Observatory with the Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) - Line. New Cross is also just a 10 minute walk away which offers great pubs, bars and clubs due to its high student population. You can also take the train to London Bridge from there (5minutes) or to Shoreditch and Liverpool Street (15 minutes). Lewisham is only 2 stops away from this Greenwich serviced apartment which provides direct rail links to London Waterloo, London Victoria, London Bridge and the West End - London's world famous theatre district in only 15 minutes each or less. There are 24h night buses departing from Deptford Bridge and connecting you to Liverpool Street Station and The City of London. ADDITIONAL GUESTS Please note that we will set up a fold-away bed in the living room should you book for 5 guests only. If you book for 4 guests or less you will only have access to the 2 double beds in the bedroom. ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Gym pass (also for swimming pool). While this service is free we need to take a GBP 20 deposit for the card which you will receive back when you return the card. -A baby travel cot can provided for £5/day -We can arrange an airport pick-up for you. The cost is a minimum of GBP 100 but can be more depending on the airport and the size of your travel party, luggage, etc. Otherwise you can book an Uber upon arrival as well or compare prices. -We can arrange weekly cleaning and change of linen for you. The cost is GBP 75 HOUSE RULES -You may not operate a business from this apartment. -No parties or gatherings. -Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. You may smoke on the balcony or outside in the garden. -No additional guests are allowed other than what has been confirmed -Please leave the apartment clean and orderly and remove all garbage. -Pets may be considered with prior consent only. The fee is £60/stay/pet as long as they're very well behaved, 100% house trained and don't bark much. Any pet hair must be removed from soft furnishings and bedding. For cats a damage deposit of GBP 1000 is applicable.
