In the front of the cottage is a sunny paved area to catch the evening sun. The space This well loved family semi detached house has a small garden, large kitchen with dining table, sitting room and downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (double with ensuite shower room, a twin room and a single room) and family bathroom. There is access to the attic which the owners have used as extra bedroom space but it is not available for guest use. The house is dog friendly but guests are encouraged to keep the dog downstairs. Guest access The whole house is for guest use. Other things to note The attic room is reached by a narrow spiral staircase and is not part of the booking. It is not suitable for small children or those with mobility issues.
