This modern annexe is fantastically located for anyone who wants to explore Hampshire, Sussex and the Southdowns National Park, with all new amenities and everything you need as a base for exploring the charming local area. Perfect for commuting. The space Located 15 minutes either way from the beaches of Southsea and Portsmouth City Centre, or towards Goodwood Estate (perfectly located for any events), and historic Chichester City Centre. Further away, you can be in Southampton, Winchester, Surrey and other Hampshire attractions (such as Jane Austen's House) all within 1 hour of driving. The annexe itself contains a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom with shower unit, and separate living and dining area with a compact but fully functioning kitchen. Use of the large furnished patio is also included (this will be shared with the main house), and there is ample secure parking. Guest access Guests have access to the annexe and the patio, and can request access to the main garden (this is shared with 3 friendly spaniels though so please bear that in mind).
