Our sweet Farmhouse Cottage is located in the heart of downtown area, where the Civic Center, local restaurants and coffee shops, unique boutiques, all within walking distance. There are plenty of things to do and many other attractions to enjoy. The space offers 2 bedroom (one king, one double bed), 1 bath is comfortable for 1-4 people. This home is fully furnished with all the essentials you will need. Not suitable toddlers. The space Our space is cozy and comfortable. It has a mid-century farmhouse feel. The main living area is open and gives roomy space for 1-4 guests. We have two outdoor sitting areas as well for those who like to be in the elements. There is a no smoking policy inside. This includes marijuana, tobacco products, and anything else that burns that is not a candle. A $250 fee will be assessed for fumigation, cleaning products, and delays in cleaning. There are sitting areas outside on the front and back porch that you are welcome to use for smoking. All cigarette butts and smoking products must be cleaned by you or additional cleaning fees will be charged. Thank you for understanding and respecting the property for future guests. Guest access Guests have access to the whole living area to the house, off street parking, back yard primacy. Other things to note We do have 2 outdoor porches with seating to enjoy. We are still adding some updates to the front porch, but still comfortable enough for you to take pleasure in.
