The space The living room provides ample space and opens onto a deck with outdoor dining and a view of the beach & ocean. The kitchen is full sized and  has brand new appliances, filtered water and ice on the fridge door, a Nespresso coffee machine and full cooking facilities. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and is airconditioned. It is located at the back of the building overlooking a nature reserve in a quiet location. The bathroom is fresh and bright and has just been completely renovated. Directly opposite is the beachfront foreshore with its walking path that meanders all the way from town to the lighthouse. Enjoy sunsets and the many picturesque photo opportunities along this walkway. Directly opposite is Beach, a great café for breakfast or lunch. This apartment complex has a swimming pool perfect if the beach is a little windy and shared BBQ facilities. Town is only a short level 450m stroll, allowing you to access all Byron has to offer without the need for a car. Should you have a car, there is security basement parking for one car. Please note, for peak season reservations its best to send us a message first: We are closed on Christmas Day 25th December, Boxing Day 26th December, and New Years Day. Due to no cleaning staff available we can't take reservations arriving/ departing on these dates. If you are uncertain please send a message and we will let you know if we can take the booking.
