A modern apartment of 74 sq.m with spacious patio garden is located in a convenient location on Malmo Hyllie Allé, 550 metres to train, 100 metres to bus, 750 metres to Malmö Arena, 13 minutes train ride to CPH Airport. A fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 workspaces and everything needed for daily living. Several restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, parks, etc. in the area. I would really appreciate if you can water the house plants. The space The apartment of about 74 sq m has one bedroom with a bed which sleeps two. There is also another sofa bed in the living room, which can sleep two people comfortably. Bedroom has a wooden panel that also holds lights that can be operated with remote. Two workspaces, one in the bedroom and other in the living room. Living room is equipped with a 58inches HD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, utensils, cutleries, coffee maker and other electric appliances and you should be able to make your own meals easily. The dining area that comes with the open kitchen plan sits 4 people. Wardrobe is in the hallway. The south west facing patio gets ample amount of sun from afternoon to evening and runs through the length of the living room, kitchen and bedroom(refer to the floor plan in pictures). Patio has enough space and outdoor furniture for one to be able to spend relaxed outdoor time. Lastly we would appreciate if you watered the plants! Contact for more info. Make sure to go through the ''Additional Rules'' section. Smoking or BBQ is not allowed in the patio or anywhere inside the complex. There are ample parks nearby with public BBQ setting. Since we stay in the apartment, there are a lot of personal items. Feel free to use them, if you need, but please take care as it is your own
