The AtticSuitePalme is just a few steps from the beaches of Lake Garda and the downtown of Riva. It has a large covered terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers, a swimming pool shared with other guests, and parking upon reservation. The penthouse is equipped with air conditioning, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, and microwave. City-bikes are available for exploring the area, as well as a bike storage room. Guest access Please note that Check-in time is from 4 pm until 7 pm - Check-out time is at 9.00 am. We inform you that if you need to arrive after 7 pm and not after 11 pm there is an extra charge of € 60,00. Arrive after 11 pm are not allowed. All requests for late arrival (between 7 pm and not after 11 pm) are subject to confirmation in advance by the property with and extra charge of € 60,00. Please note that pets are allowed only upon request and only 1 pet per apartment is allowed and there is an extra charge of € 18,00 per night. Pets are not allowed in the garden area and the swimming pool / solarium area. Please note that children (of any age) are also part of the number of guests on the reservation. The balance of extra charges and tourist tax is required on arrival Other things to note (ENG) - Babies under 2 years are welcomed, on previous request, as long as they are within the maximum occupancy of the apartment. - "Provincial Tourism Tax” due upon arrival :Tax € 1.00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 nights (14+ y) - Check-in between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
