Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The space The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a very quiet, 4-story building (ground floor + 3 floors), without an elevator. It consists of a small entrance hall, a living room, two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a small pantry/storage room. In total, the apartment can accommodate 4/5 guests as follows: two in the bedroom with a double bed; a third in the bedroom with a single bed; and one more in a guest bed to be installed in the living room. If it is a very short stay (one or two nights) there is still a mattress for the fifth guest. In case you request it, we can provide a crib and a high chair (up to 3 years) free of charge. The temperature inside the apartment is mild both in summer and winter. In any case, the apartment has an air conditioner in case of thermal discomfort. The apartment features free Wi-Fi and a TV with 140 channels. Guest access A three-minute walk from the apartment, on Avenida de Lourenço Marques, is the stop for bus routes 731 and 759. Four minutes away, on Avenida de Berlim, is the stop for bus 744. Olivais Metro Station (Red Line) is 1.1 km away on foot (about 12 minutes). Bus 759 (direction Restauradores) passes this station. Gare Oriente (metro and medium and long-distance train station), in Parque das Nações, is about 2 km away on foot. Bus 744 has a stop at Gare Oriente. Gare Oriente also has a Bus Terminal with buses to several cities in the country. In the apartment you will find, in detail, the way to get to some tourist attractions. Other things to note Close to the apartment or a few minutes away, you will find everything you need for your stay. On the street there is a restaurant and two cafes/bakeries for breakfast. Nearby there is a market (selling meat, fish, fruits and vegetables), banks, pharmacy, MB cash machines (ATM), church, taxi rank, police station and CTT post office. There are three supermarkets at your disposal, one closer, Minipreço, and two others, LIDL and Pingo Doce, in the Spacio Shopping Center. Here you will also find all kinds of shops, catering services and cinemas.
