Brukshotellet - single bedroom w. shared bathroom

Single room with shared bathroom on the second floor. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a larger and smaller living room. There is one toilet per floor and two showers on the second floor. If needed, it is possible to sleep two in the room as the upper bed can be lifted off, but it will be cramped. The space While this is a hotel building, it is not an ordinary hotel anymore, it's more like a large, shared home. You can either rent the whole hotel or just a room. The guests bring their own bed linen and towels (can be rented for 175/SEK/person) as well as clean the rooms after the stay. There is no restaurant, but a large kitchen for you to use. There is a shop within walking distance of the Brukshotellet. The house is both old and charming but in need of some renovation. Since I bought the house in 2020, I have started renovations both inside and outside. For the time being, 100 % of the earnings are used for maintenance and renovation, with as little disturbance as possible. Guest access There is a large parking by the house. Other things to note Guests clean their own rooms and parts of the common areas, this helps keeping prices down. On the inside of the door is a checklist for departure. Cleaning that is not properly carried out is charged up to SEK 5,000, depending on the cost of hiring a cleaning company. Towels and bed linen are not included, but can be rented for SEK 175/set. Kitchen towels can also be rented, 3 for SEK 50.
