An excellent base for a unique stay in Zielona Góra! The space Our air-conditioned, fully equipped apartment is located on the second floor of a historic tenement house with charming, curved stairs. It is the perfect space for relaxation and work. Apartment layout and equipment: • Living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, turntable and vinyl collection, toys and board games • A spacious dining room with a large table – great for work • Fully equipped kitchen with basic groceries (coffee, tea, etc.) • Bedroom with a large bed, bedside table, charging station, Smart TV, large wardrobe, iron, ironing board • Bathroom with shower, rain shower, toiletries, towels, bathrobes and slippers • Corridor with large wardrobe, washing machine and tumble dryer, umbrellas Location: The apartment is located in the heart of Zielona Góra, on the main street, overlooking the city center. Opposite – X-Demon nightclub with a seasonal garden. Nearby there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops, bakeries and confectioneries, cultural facilities and monuments – all within walking distance. It is the perfect place to enjoy the city life and relax after an intense day (or night!). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and can freely use everything in it. Other things to note The tenement house has not been renovated, there are old crooked stairs inside the staircase. Opposite the building there is a nightclub and a seasonal garden (possible street noise). Free parking is available nearby, no reservation possible. City parking lots are payable from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., free from 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. and on weekends. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, no elevator (important for people with reduced mobility).
