Welcome to our "l'orée des bois" cottage, you will be able to disconnect thanks to the peaceful setting of this brand new accommodation. Located 20 km from Annecy, 40 km from Geneva. On the ground floor, living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, table and chairs. Bathroom with shower. On the mezzanine floor with sofa bed for 1 person. A bedroom with a bed for 2 people. You can relax to the sounds of birds on the terrace and in the garden. The space nice new 25 m2 cottage with a beautiful covered terrace to enjoy the relaxing and green setting. You have direct access to the accommodation with electric gate and private parking. Guests can relax in the shaded garden with garden furniture to have an aperitif and 2 sun loungers to relax. A barbecue is available. You can also use the pétanque court. If you wish, we have a chicken coop or with our agreement you can collect the eggs. Guest access the place is just for you. The part of your land is around the chalet. we live on the same plot but without a disturbing view. Other things to note we have 4G despite living in the countryside 😁😁😁 We provide bed sheets, duvets, pillows as well as toilet paper, dish towels, there is everything you need for cooking, we offer coffee, tea, herbal tea. Towels are not provided, nor are shower gels and shampoos.
