A couple of days before your arrival, we will reach out with your check in details and a house manual, which will include resources about the apartment. Other things to note • General – Please note that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, as our previous guests have. • Shared Outdoor Space - Please note that this is a 2 unit property. The driveway is shared, and the bedroom windows look onto the second unit’s patio. Please close your blinds for full privacy. • Washer/Dryer - Access to Washer/Dryer will be available only for longer stays (28+ days). • Issues – If any issues arise, we’ll do our best to take action ASAP. Please note, no one is living in the property 24/7. For non-emergency issues, we will not send maintenance to the property during your stay. • Guests 25+ - All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents, 4 people max. We charge per guests, please keep an accurate guest count. • Cameras – There are cameras which cover the property, for your protection. One is above the porch, another is attached to the garage (pointing towards the driveway). If you touch or tamper with any of these cameras, you will be asked to depart immediately. • Late Check Out/Early Check In – We do not accommodate late check outs or early check ins. If you arrive early or depart late, there will be a $50 charge per event. • Refunds – We do not provide refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God or any other situations beyond our control. • Replenishment Items – We provide a starter kit consisting of toilet paper, liquid dish soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, liquid hand soap, dish washer pods, ground coffee, olive oil, salt & pepper and spices. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay. • Pets - We love pets, and therefore offer pet friendly accommodations! We allow 1 small pet per stay (20lbs and under) for a $50 fee. If evidence of a second pet is discovered, an additional $20 daily charge will be added at the end of your stay. If any damage is discovered, additional charges may be assessed. • Parking - Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles, please consult with us if you have more than 2 vehicles, or any larger than average vehicles (large pickup, van, etc.). • Smoking/Drugs/Drug Paraphernalia - If evidence is discovered of any smoke, illegal drugs and/or drug paraphernalia, you will be asked to leave immediately. In addition, a charge may be added to address any sanitization or repairs required.
