Your vacation home for any season, on a quiet, green acre of land less than 2Mi from Sand Valley and Arrowhead lake, with access to beaches. We offer that rustic cabin vibe with a modern touch. You'll feel right at home in our 10 years old, spacious (2000 sq foot) log cabin. Enjoy the open concept on the main level and take advantage of indoor/outdoor living spaces. Have some fun outside - you are within reach of the best golf courses, beautiful lakes, ATV/UTV routes, and hiking trails! The space We are conveniently located 5 min from Arrowhead Lake, Sand Valley golf course, ATV/UTV routes, and hiking trails. We offer nearly an acre of beautiful outdoors: grill, have a picnic, relax on the swings, or the hommocks, jump on the trampoline, start the firepit, make some smores, have an outdoor movie night on the projector, or just enjoy nature. Enjoy the outdoor living on a huge half-wraparound deck, conveniently located off the main door where you will find a grill, a dining table and chairs, an outdoor sofa and a coffee table, and two hanging hommocks. There is also a surprise: a PROJECTOR with a 100" screen so you can stream your favorites under the starry skies (you can stream directly from your phone: YouTube and downloads)! Step inside into the common lofty area that gives a rustic feeling: living/family room to your left, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen to your right. There is a 65" smart tv atop a fireplace in the living room and enough seating for a family. The kitchen has a smart speaker that is linked to a smart coffee maker (just set the time and your coffee will be ready). There is a hands-free faucet, toaster, blender, plastic cups and plates for the little ones, pots & pans, serving and mixing bowls, baking sheets, enough plates, cups, wine glasses, knives, forks, etc. for 10! The main floor also offers 2 bedrooms: BED #1) with a queen bed, 2 nightstands, and a large closet. BED #2) with 2 Bunk beds ( 1 twin/twin, 2 twin/queen) and a half bathroom. There is a full bathroom on the main floor with a shower, a large washer and dryer, and a hamper to hold your laundry. You will also find extra towels there. Don't worry about bringing towels, toilet paper, hand soap, and even a hairdryer (full-size, new and powerful) - we got you covered! And if you ever need to iron while on vacation, a shark iron and an ironing board are stored in the hallway closet. There is a master suite (BED #3) upstairs equipped with a comfy king-size bed, covered with hypoallergenic/organic sheets, 2 nightstands, and a dresser. A loft-like room is a fun space for our youngest guests: some books, toys, and a teepee tent. We also supply you with a pack-n-play, high chair, and plastic serving sets. A game/fun room is located on the lower level: equipped with a Brunswick POOL TABLE, another 65" smart TV, a round table to play cards, board games, etc., bar table, and stools. On that level, you will also find the 3rd full-size bathroom. Guest access On the day of your arrival, you will receive a 4 digit code that will open the main door (located off the deck). We ask you to use these doors as your main point of access. There are 2 more doors equipped with conventional locks: one on the lower level, leading to the game room - use it as needed but remember to lock it; 2nd off the full-size bathroom on the main floor - please do not use this point of entry as it leads to a sandy area where we store garbage. The garage door is locked as the garage is not permitted for guests' use. Other things to note We trust that you will take great care of our cabin, just like you would care for your home.
