We strive to keep it in immaculate state so that everyone that stays has a quality experience. This is the perfect place for business travelers, or someone who needs a cool space to relax, sleep and unwind. This house is part of a duplex complex. 412 E North St. Unit B. The other unit (Unit A) is also a vacation home (Our Shabby Chic Style Home). The wall that connects both units is the dining and laundry room wall. The Living rooms and bedrooms from both units are on opposite sides of each other so noise is very minimal (if any) Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. GUESTS: This house is comfortable for groups up to 3. Even though there is only one bedroom (that accommodates 2 guests) We have a sofa that can be used as a bed as well, giving us the opportunity to host another guest! Our priority is to provide a pleasant and safe stay for you, your friends and family. We are committed to cleaning/sanitizing everything down to the detail, everything imaginable possible. BEDROOM: Bedroom: Queen Bed | Additional Sleeping: Sofa/Couch Remodeled with an extraordinary attention to detail. Fully furnished with very comfortable bed, soft fresh linens and walk in closet. AIR CONDITIONING: We have 2 Air Conditioners in the house, located in the living room and bedroom. These A/C works well in the summer months to keep cool. HEATING: We do have 2 sources of heat in this house for those cold winter days. We have a propane heater in the living room and for an extra, we have 3 Infrared heaters in the house. These helps keep the home quite toasty! KITCHEN: Our kitchen is stocked with basics for your stay. It includes a sink, refrigerator, cooking stove/oven, over the range microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all utensils, cups and plates. Alturas has a variety of eateries such as a Pizzeria, Thai, Chinese, Mexican and also American food that will keep you full and happy for the rest of the day! AMENITIES: Generous amounts of linens, comforters, blankets and soft high-quality towels. FORGOT SOMETHING? NO WORRIES, WE HAVE YOU COVERED! Generous amounts of individually wrapped razors, shaving cream, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower caps, lotion, soap, make up remover wipes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, feminine products etc. We also offer a hair dryer, flat iron and Curling iron in case you forget yours. These amenities are for you to use during your stay here. ENTERTAINMENT: There is a 50” Flat screen TV with NETFLIX and HULU included! TNET Internet Access. We also have a variety of of board games for a memorable time with the family! This house has a partially fenced back yard for you to enjoy with your children and at night to peacefully observe the stars. (We are still currently working on the back yard). Walk to near by local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and our beautiful court house. LOCATION: This place is conveniently located in Alturas. The train runs close by occasionally. KIDS/BABIES: This place is suitable for children. We have a box filled with toys along with a variety of coloring books and puzzles that will keep your little one busy! LAUNDRY ROOM: In addition to the full size kitchen, we have a Samsung washer and dryer for your convenience. The laundry room is equipped with laundry detergent, fabric conditioner and Dryer sheets. We also have an Iron, ironing board and a steamer for you to use. ALL OCCUPANTS MUST BE ON THE RESERVATION: Please make sure you have selected the appropriate amount of guests staying in the airbnb with your reservation. (This includes kids and babies). Any additional guests that have NOT been pre-approved prior to your booking will result in a $20/per guest per night violation fee. SIGNS: We have polite signs & instructions posted. We ask to please follow these instructions. Please note that these reminders are not intended to offend you. If you have a questions regarding any sign, please feel free to reach out to us PARKING: Plenty of parking space for both units. Parking lot is big enough to park up to 5 vehicles. Since the huge parking lot is shared by both units, There is no designated parking spots for this unit so you can park where ever you’d like as long as you don’t block the other guests vehicle. No need to park in the street! SMOKING: NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the house. We do however have a cigarette butt receptacle outside for you to use. You will be charged with a $120 if you brake this rule. PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate any pets. You will be charged with a $120 fee per pet and asked to leave the location WITHOUT any refund. SECURITY CAMERAS: We have security cameras located outside. (1 in the parking area, 1 in front of the house, 1 in the side of the house and 1 in the backyard) Please do NOT adjust, remove, cover, or unplug the security camera. GARBAGE: If you are here for a longer stay (one week or more) please place your garbage in the trash that is located outside by the wooden fence. Garbage must be in the trash can by 8am Thursday morning so Waste Management can pick it up. PLEASE READ ALL OUR HOUSE RULES: We also have the strict house rules posted at the entrance of the house and additional house rules located in our welcome book. BREAKING ANY HOUSE RULE MAY LEAD TO IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. Guest access Guests can access the home with a private entrance and key box. In consideration of the Covid-19 crisis worldwide, we are ensuring that all the common-touching points are sanitized during the space’s cleaning process. Our standard check-in and out processes remain, with a key box programmed with a code that we will provide you prior to your arrival. This ensures that you will not have to be in physical contact with anyone for your check-in and out process!
