Spacious modern 4 rooms house

All the rooms are spacious and there is a nice wooden terrace (40m2) connected to the big living with slice doors . The total size of the house is around 200m2 but we will offer a space of 120m2. Some rooms we will close and there we will place our personal belowings. The house is free during our holiday for max 3 weeks. we placed a jacuzzi last year in one of the rooms. Perfect house for family with children. nice neighbours and area to life. The space All the rooms in the houses are big. The livingroom is around the 60 square meters and also the bedrooms are big. Around 16, 12 and 20 m2. The house is new build in 2012. Guest access The guest will be alone in the house and could use the bathroom, 2 toiletsrooms, the living, the kitchen, the roof terrace, 3 big bedrooms.
