Guy's Country Cottages: Beach Town Bungalow

The space Guy's Bungalow shares a plot with Guy's Doll House. Both houses are set back from the road, providing a roomy front yard for each unit. The property is bounded by dense tree lines on both sides and backs up to 17 acres of woods and wetlands. Guests enter the front door from the covered patio via an individually programmed keycode directly into an expansive living room with plenty of space to spread out. A dry bar area equipped with a plethora of glass and bar ware. Through the archway, guests enter the kitchen/dining area. (Note: One step down.) Guests will find basic cleaning equipment in the closet to the left and pantry space in the closet to the right. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, a compact electric range, microwave, coffee maker with coffee, dry creamer & sweeteners, toaster, dishes, cutlery, glassware and cookware. The bedroom entrance is directly off the dining area and features a queen-sized bed. The hallway off the kitchen area leads to the bathroom and the back lounge. In the lounge there is a full-sized bed. The double doorway in the lounge area leads to the utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer set, lockers with beach towels & toys and four beach chairs. Out the back door, the back patio has an umbrella cafe dining set, a propane grill and a fire pit. Guest access Guests will have unrestricted use of the Bungalow, adjacent back patio and yard space directly in front of the Bungalow. Other things to note On site parking: Please pull all the way back to the tree line behind the house to allow access to the wrap around driveway shared by the two houses on the property. The Bungalow is situated directly next door to Airbnb(dot)com/h/guysdollhouse Currently, the amenities on the far right of the property (hot tub, game room, Mann Cave) are provided exclusively to guests in the Doll House unless the entire property is rented by the same party.
