Share good times with family in our cozy and modern home! You'll feel good there: it's comfortable, bright and carefully decorated. It is located in a family subdivision, wooded and quiet. You can enjoy the green setting of the place and the proximity to hiking trails, greenways and bike paths, in the heart of nature. Our house is a 15-minute walk to the center and the Erdre, 25 minutes to the pretty city of Nantes (via tram train 5-minute walk). The space Our house includes on the ground floor: a kitchen with dining area, open to living room a play area for children (board games, construction, motor skills, kitchen...) a back kitchen with washing machine and storage spaces 1 master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and toilet The whole overlooks a wooden terrace with a south facing exposure, not overlooked. A staircase upstairs, there are: a mezzanine with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests a library with books for children and adults (travel, parenting, novels...) 2 children's rooms with a single bed in each and and play areas in each a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet Guest access The entire home is accessible except the garage as we will put our personal belongings there.
