(WiFi available) Washer and dryer available for use , full kitchen , outdoor patio, and indoor dining area. This condo is right in front of the courtyard for access to the grill and fire pit. NO PETS/ NON SMOKING CONDO Smoking allowed on the patio , but renter must dispose of butts properly. *renter will be responsible and fined if any rules are broken. With pets, will be asked to leave with fine and no refund.
