Near Margate, the villa is on a dam in a quiet part of the golf estate. Fully equipped with TV, PVR, DVD player, air-con, washing machine, dryer. Both bedrooms are en suite. King size bed and twin that can be converted into a Second kind bed. Fully serviced daily. The space The villa is fully equipped and serviced daily by Trixie. The villa has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king size bed. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring along beach towels and an umbrella. It is also fully air conditioned. The villa has a flat screen TV in the lounge with a PVR decoder (smart card is included) and a DVD player. The main bedroom also has a TV linked to the PVR. DVD's can be rented from the Spar on the estate. The villa is well situated between the beach and hotel. It is on a quiet dead end with a covered patio overlooking a pond with fish and birdlife. It is advisable to make bookings before you arrive. We do have a 2 seater golf cart available for hire at a cost of R200 per day. There are two swimming pools, a Lagoon Side Bar and Restaurant Grill (part of the Mondazur hotel), tennis, squash courts and many other activities available. There is a small levy (R30 to R130 depending on the number of days booked) payable with the booking.
