The home is boasting with 5 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, x2 ensuites at opposite ends of the home, a fully self contained kitchen, laundry, open living lounge room, dining area and large outdoor setting under the pergola with gas BBQ. Set on 5 acres with not one but two freestanding outdoor hot baths to soak in under the stars or moon beautifully set on a 5 acre property. The space Where luxury’s immersed with rustic style, Kangarloo Retreat is a five bedroom home with an open kitchen, dinning, loungroom floor plan. With an inviting country feel, step into the comfort of lighting a radiant fire place for warmth (long stays will need to purchase wood during winter & short stays wood is provided) or open up the glass back doors to let the summer breeze blow through. Take in the views that bring the outside in, stepping through to the rustic style pergola and soak in outdoor hot Baths for your rural stay. Enjoy lovingly up cycled decor, a new kitchen, bathroom -also boasting a large double bath, aswell as private ensuites attached to two queen rooms at opposite ends of the home, a third queen room boasts a skylight above head gifting you the you the Milky Way on clear nights. Two bedrooms directly near the main bathroom offer one double bed and the other a single with a portacot avail stored in the robe. All beds await you with Delux sleep scape matrices, ready for your arrival with freshly fluffed Morgan & finch pillows & dunas, crispy clean Linnen. Each room with its own vibe and touch of Australiana. The home is kept in pristine cleanliness proudly upholding Airbnb’s 5 step process and we are very proud of the way in which our professional cleaners exceeds at their work. You can be assured you will be staying in style, comfort and cleanliness at Kangarloo Retreat. Kangarloo Retreat welcomes long stay guests including contractors! Weekly clean fee of $250 do apply for stays greater than 2 weeks this includes weekly fresh linen. Long stays will be provided with contact info for bulk firewood wood deliveries. Aswell as STRA registered we are a Buy NSW registered provider to government agencies and are open to applying for current tenders of relevance to accomodation please feel free to enquire. Guest access Bedrooms are made accessible according to numbers of guests made at booking. When you stay at Kangarloo Retreat you will have the whole 5 acres of land that it sits upon. On the occasions when there are gosts or sheep in the rear paddock to eat the grass down please DO NOT open rear gates. You still have sole access to the whole top half of the property which is Aprox 2.5 acres. Please only drive and park on the driveway. The property is fully fenced and electric gated. You will receive your entry instructions, including your PIN number for your stay for the digital front door, in your “check in instructions” under your “bookings” in your Airbnb app once you are a confirmed booking. Please keep gates closed at all times unless you are travelling through them. If there are goats and sheep in the rear paddock please don’t open the gates to the livestock paddocks you are however welcome to pat them over the fence. Locked sheds are not accessible. Parking on the driveway allows you to park directly near the front door. Please read the house guide upon arrival, please use the outdoor bath kit if using the outdoor baths and clean bbq after use. Other things to note The guest information book must be read upon your arrival Please treat the home and the outdoor baths with respect. Staying means participating in the care of the home including the outdoor areas. Please leave it how you found it. BBQ- If using the BBQ please clean the BQQ to the condition it was in upon your arrival in preparation for the next guest or you will be charged an additional $50.00 clean fee. Firewood- For indoor fire place during winter -Short stay guests are provided with an adequate amount of fire wood for the duration of their stay. Wood can be purchased locally if you require more. -Long stay bookings are also provided with a couple of days worth of fire wood but will need to purchase their own loads of fire wood that can be purchased locally or be arranged to be delivered. -Wood provided is for heating within the home only.. Outdoor fire pit- Wood for the outdoor fire pit can be purchased at service stations by the bag on your way to kangarloo retreat. The use of the Outdoor fire pit is only to be within line with current fire ratings and advise. Pets- Well behaved house trained pets are welcome to be booked into be with you for your stay but are required to be kept off beds, out of bedrooms and with doors kept closed to the carpeted rooms.
