The space The Appartment: Our appartment is a 100m2 loft-style home, nicely decorated and fully equiped. We provide a kitchen and dining room, a big living room, an office and a sleeping room. All rooms are with balcony and with a great view over the city, which we are sure will amaze you! There's also a bathroom with shower. Of course we'll provide bed linen and towels. Flatscreen-TV, WiFi is present. // Location/Public transport: The Appartment is located in the Quarter of Sülz/University Quarter, a lively neighbourhood close to the very center of Cologne. Only some metro stations away from the Central Station and within a walking distance from Cologne South Station. A few walking minutes away you will find the Nightlife-Quarter with loads of bars and clubs. Right in front of the buildig is the Metrostation "Weisshausstraße" which brings you directly to the main station, the Cathedral, the fair etc. There are also several bus stations close to the Appartment. There are shops (copy shop, post office, kiosk etc.) just downstairs the Appartment and there also supermarkets and whatever shop you'll need a stone's throw away. // The Building: The apartment building - "UNICENTER" - planed by architect Prof. Werner Ingendaay in the late 1960ies, symbolizes modern living in Germany. As one of the biggest highrise appartment buildings in Europe it covers all conveniences (shops, snack bars, 24/7-concierge service, elevators).
