Family and pet friendly, 4 bedroom, newly renovated home in Bray Park, your home away from home, with everything you need to have the perfect stay. We look forward to welcoming you to Kumbari House. The space Spacious house and yard, fully fenced and secure, comfortable and newly renovated, backing the Kumbari Reserve with a park. The space has everything you need for your stay, including lots of toys for the kids. Guest access You have access to the entire house and yard. Other things to note Please confirm when you send your initial message that you have read and agree to our house rules. Please also confirm where you're travelling from and the reason for your stay. There is no excessive noise, music or parties allowed on the property at any time, please limit noise after 9pm outside, it's a residential area and important that there are no disruptions to the neighbours. We ask that you please take care of our house as if it were your own. Pets must be approved by us, please advise us if you have any pets that will be with you for your stay. There is an extra cleaning fee for any extra time the cleaner needs to get hair or smell out of the property, the property is fully fenced and secure, animals must not be left unattended at any time. You must clean the BBQ before check out or it will incur a $50 extra fee if we have to do it. No one other than the guests on the booking are to enter the property unless approved by us. The house is suitable for max 4 adults and 4 children only, 2 of the beds (bunks) are for children only. If you have a different ratio to this, please let us know in your initial message and we will assess it on an individual basis.
