Ashridge 2 bedroom Granny Flat - Pets welcome

Our 2 bedroom granny flat sleeps 2 adults in the main bedroom and 3 adults/children in the 2nd bedroom with a double bunk and trundle bed. The home has a full kitchen, spacious bathroom and a comfortable lounge/dining area. It is very private with a locked entry, electric entry gate and a huge undercover outdoor entertainment area. Our home is popular with guests taking their dogs to local dog shows. We have added an 8m dog run and 2 kennels for use of visitors with pets. Guest access We will advise entry details the day before your arrival. You are welcome to use everything in the kitchen including a large selection of teas along with herbs and spices to help with your cooking. We have a twin tub washing machine in the bathroom for your use. For larger loads, we recommend the commerical laundromat which is around 300 metres down the road. Other things to note PETS: Pets are welcome. We have an 8 metre pet enclosure along with two dog kennels at the front of the home. We request that you bring your own bedding for your pets and please clean up any mess they make. WASHING MACHINE: We have a twin tub washing machine in the bathroom. This does an adequate job for most guests but there is also a commercial laundromat 300 metres up the street if you have large loads. CAR PARKING: You can park one car under the car port at the front of the home. Free street parking is also available but don't park where the yellow lines are on the road. If you're parking under the carport, please ensure that you park far enough in to not block the driveway. GATES: Please ensure that the driveway gate and pedestrian gates are left closed when not in use.
