Spread over two luxurious cottages, and ten acres of pristine Lakeview property, this space offers maximum solitude and serenity. Perfect for two families or a relaxed extended family getaway. * Please note when booking for up to 6 guests, this will include access to our Pool House cottage only, over 6 guests will also include the Retro Ranch. Our Pool House offers uninterrupted views of stunning Lake Baroon, with a modern coast meets country vibe. Comprising of two Queen beds and a King mattress loft above one of the two rooms - access to the loft is via a ladder and is a small space, please check this is a suitable space for your stay. A large dedicated office space is perfect for those on a working holiday. This space also includes a claw bath, full kitchen, living and dining space. Step out of the Pool House and straight into your own plunge pool for a dip with the most incredible views across the Lake and Range. Our Retro Ranch, also overlooking the lake, allows you to take a step back into the golden days, meticulously curated with the highest quality original vintage pieces, housed within a modern cottage with all the amenities to offer a delux stay. This cottage includes two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and other with two King Singles, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Spin a vinyl on the fully functioning record player and enjoy the slower pace of life. Please note there are no TV’s in the cottages, the breathtaking surroundings and connecting with your friends and family are the main sources of entertainment. Enjoy outdoor dining options on the property, rolling hills and treks to explore. Head down the hill to find our macadamia orchard and collect nuts to crack upon your return. We also have some of the regions best wineries, rainforest walks and village centre a stones throw away. Light the fire pit in the evening to toast marshmallows and take in the most incredible sunsets. Surrounded by our neighbouring animals and an abundance of birdlife and the occasional kangaroo, you will truely be immersed in the most beautiful moments of nature. PRIVACY We reside on the property, so are around should you need anything. Whilst in close proximity, the cottages are placed in a separate private area from our residence to ensure you enjoy a secluded getaway. THE VIBE This is a place to relax, as you are sharing the land with us, our young children, the farm and wildlife and our neighbouring properties, NO parties / events, loud music or excessive noise is accepted. STRICTLY 10 GUESTS ONLY (including infants and children). Only registered staying guests are permitted on the property at any time. Sadly, you will be asked to leave and your costs forfeited if the above is not followed.  LOCATION HIRE / PHOTOSHOOTS / RETREATS The Lakehouse is the perfect setting for intimate retreats, wedding photography, homewares, fashion shoots etc. Please enquire prior to booking for these purposes.
