The space Located on the fifth (2nd from the top) floor, far above the creepy crawlers of the night, and close to the ocean with great views, this unit has a highly desirable location in a complex where you really need to know before you go. Ask questions and look closely at what other units photos don’t show, like bedrooms w/o windows. Our balcony is positioned at just the right angle and high enough for privacy from other units. Enjoy our famous citrus orange sunsets from your bed and watch and hear the waves splash the white sand all day & night long from the decks. Our private patio looks out at the ocean, and down to lush tropical bananas, bougainvillea and hibiscus, surrounding you with beauty of every hue. A new plush Sealy bed, quality furniture, cable TV, secure wifi, great beach chairs you pick up from the ground floor, are just some of the extra touches we provide for our guests. We do everything we can to ensure your condo is stocked with amenities, clean and comfortable for your arrival. Please let us know right away if there is anything we can do to make your stay enjoyable. Guest access Our apartment, the common area beach decks on each floor, large pool, beach bar & restaurant. Guests may purchase tokens for the washer and dryers on each floor from the front desk. Other things to note Coral Beach is a three building property with a total of about 200 units. Each building is terraced or steps back such that there are more units on the ground floor, and there are progressively fewer units on each floor as you go up. There are 6 floors total plus a ‘penthouse’ level. All of the units were built as either studios or one-bedrooms. Recently, some owners have divided the one-bedrooms in half so as to make two bedrooms. There are oceanfront common area decks that begin on the third floor. The first floor has the largest common area decks and there are two. Our unit, 1503, is a 5th floor 550 SF studio unit in building #1, which is closest to the ocean. It also sets two floors higher then the adjacent building, which affords its privacy. Building #2 (all of its units start with the #2), sits behind building #1. Half of the units look out onto the parking area. Building #3 is opposite building #1. Half of its units look out to Coral Rd and/or the very nearby Riviera Towers, a 15 story complex.
