The space *POOL OPEN MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND* Fully equipped with two sized beds (three including the pull-out couch), pool access, Bose stereo system for dancing and enjoying those music-driven moments, room darkening blinds, kids games, screened in patio, 55'' Samsung Smart TV, Keurig coffee maker, fireplace, kitchen appliances, spices, pots, pans and more! Conveniently located less than five miles from Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey, getting to your destination has never been easier. Bringing your bikes? Take Kings Highway down to Gills Neck Rd. and jump on the Breakwater Trail! Less than a three minute drive from dozens of the areas best restaurants, breweries and parks! Need some guidance getting around? Our "Live Like a Local" guide outlines the spots that only a lifelong resident would know about. Guest access With unlimited parking availability, there's no better place to crash with the entire family. The entire space is yours to use, and everything in it! Pool access is also available to guests who book with us! Other things to note *Check-in* You will receive a unique check-in code for keyless access to the unit with all check-in and check-out info in the day or two leading up to your arrival. *Early Check-In / Late Check-Out* At this time, we are not offering early check-ins or late check-outs as we use our cleaning window to make sure the space is 100% germ free and so that we can ensure you have everything you need to have the best stay possible. We appreciate your understanding. *Elevator/Stairs* There is no elevator on property so please take note of this when considering a stay in our space. We are located on the second floor and there are about 15 steps up to our door from the ground floor. *Parking* There is plenty of free parking located on the entry side of the building. There are no dedicated spots for this unit so feel free to park wherever you can find a space! *Pool* Great news! The community pool is open to all guests this summer! Please use the key fobs located within the unit to access the pool and use the name on your reservation when signing in! Please also be sure to read the pool rules before entering.
