This open plan architecturally designed house on the hill has it all....Uninterrupted views out to the sea, massive pool and cabana, full working gym, modern kitchen and everything else you need to make your vacation memorable. You'll never want to leave. The space Modern Tropical design set on almost an acre of fruit trees, natives and tropical flowers and foliage. Comprised of 3 bedrooms upstairs main with ensuite all with full views out to the sea, another fully contained bedroom with ensuite downstairs adjacent to the gym. NB: all beds are Super King 2 of which are able to be split. Enjoy the fully equipped modern kitchen and open plan living lounge area that flows out onto the deck with outdoor dining and multiple seating areas. Large glass panels surround the front and back of the house and bathe the interior in light. Air conditioning is set up for the living/dining/kitchen area and also the main bedroom as well as ceiling fans in all areas of the house. Add these to the off shore breeze that's a constant and the house is kept cool all year round. You'll want to spend a lot of time in the huge 10m pool and cabana which has a king size sunken bed and sofa. Stay fit on holiday in the gym which includes a commercial unit for both free weights and cable exercises as well as Dumbbells, a rower and spin bike. This spacious retreat exemplifies excellence in every way and provides the luxury and comfort you'd expect in such a high end home. Able to accommodate up to 8 people but can fit in 10 with extra bedding added if need be (enquire if your group has more than 8 before booking). Guest access Full access to the entire house, gym, pool and cabana area. Satellite TV and also Wifi option available (NB internet is at additional cost. There's a Vodafone hotspot set up in the house, buy a data card from and store, log in using the username and password and you're away. There's also a Breville Espresso machine and grinder for those who can't go on holiday without your fix, bring your favourite beans or coffee with you or try the local beans which are also great. Other things to note A baby cot is available upon request. Please note that Internet is at an additional cost. IMPORTANT.... This house is not a party house or crash pad and is not to be used as such from paying guests unless otherwise agreed. If you are planning on having large groups around I need to be informed, thank you for your understanding.
