LA Residence

My place is close to the city center, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space Dear Sir / Madam Relocating with family is a common occurrence in today’s corporate world. On such occasions every employee looks for an immediate address to call home before he/she can find a place to settle down for a longer period. Many a times, such families end up booking a hotel room to settle down for the first fortnight in the city. These are generally a single room, the food is restricted to the buffet breakfast, standard hotel lunch and dinner menu, these hotels are not inviting enough for their entire family. Keeping this in mind we have opened up our very own home, ‘La résidence’ which we recently constructed, to all expat families who are shifting into Bangalore to stay. We offer a few double and single bedroom family homes complete with a living room, big and spacious balconies, a large well equipped kitchen, washing area, all rooms have air conditioners, bedrooms have choice of twin and double beds, all rooms come with attached bathrooms, crisp white linen. The whole place is very well maintained to match international standards and more so it is our very own house (the penthouse is where we stay). The housekeeping of each flat is on us and have employed more than sufficient staff to tend to your every need. We have an exclusive kitchen for each room where you can cook all the delicacies you crave. The security of the house is well thought of, all common area is CCTV monitored, fire alarms and sprinklers are a standard feature of the house. It’s a green building with a vertical garden at the entry; we have a lovely terrace garden growing organic vegetables and fruits. We practice rainwater harvesting and care for our mother earth just as she cares for us. All these measures reduce our carbon footprint to a bare minimum. We are located on the HAL Old airport road in Bangalore, adjacent to the Manipal Hospital giving great access to corporate offices in the vicinity and Indiranagar 100 feet road which is a melting pot of variety of restaurants and night life.
