Guest access • A short commute to the renowned Westfield Doncaster shopping mecca and excellent freeway access, combined with convenient park and drive options, ensure a quick and hassle-free trip into the city. • You will enjoy full access to the entirety of the house, with the exception of the garage located at the ground floor. Feel free to make yourself at home and explore all the wonderful spaces that the house has to offer! • For your convenience, there is two designated guest parking spots located at the front yard, and there are plenty of free street parking spaces available. Ensure the driveway, footpath, and your neighbors' access in and out of their homes are not obstructed. Breaking any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond. • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. • Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly. • Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival. • All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out. • Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out. • Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box. • Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied. • To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them. • To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings.
