READ FIRST PLEASE: Our cottage is located in an average INDUSTRIAL area w/ availability to private Zen Spa with inground hot tub, garden, sundeck, close to beaches. THE SPACE: House is located in safe industrial neighborhood. Read all about it. We are transparent in our listing. Small Gatsby era 1920's cottage about. 800sq. feet inside. The Cottage is non smoking house. There are two bedrooms on the garden side, and a new remodeled room close to the Zen Garden. Comfortable beds & fresh, clean quality linens with flat screen televisions. The cozy living room features hard wood floors, gas fire place, and we have a blue tooth speaker. Indoor and outdoor showers. The SMALL but full remodeled bathroom ( new tub and shower with all amenities) . Full newly remodeled kitchen. Zen Spa is private and suitable for adults. It is a shared space but is rarely used by owners and guests get first dibs! It includes a fountain, fire pit, in ground Japanese soaking tub. There is a private outdoor shower (warm or cold water). Pets are welcome per HOST'S APPROVAL, and deposit. They should not be left alone and the guest has to pick up after them. We are very well located on the Peninsula: By car its: 2 minutes from the Airport. about 8 minutes to Laguna Seca/Mazda Raceway. 8 minutes to Pebble Beach & Carmel (all depending on traffic, of course). The bike trail will take you to all the most scenic areas on foot or bike, i.e. Cannery Row, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, downtown Monterey. You'll want to drive to Big Sur, probably even Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach and Carmel.
