Our modern waterfront apartment is ready and waiting for you to enjoy. It has everything you need and is ideal for a couples getaway. Enjoy great restaurants, all within walking distance. Situated on Nelsons waterfront you get views of the harbour and you also get to enjoy watching the boaties and the ships sail on by your window. This chic apartment has been tastefully decorated with modern decor all purchased from Nelsons very own designer furniture Edito, where no expense has been spared. The space The apartment is 64sqm. It’s roomy, relaxing and sunny. Large glass sliding doors open out onto the covered balcony where a BBQ is situated. The bedroom has an ensuite with shower and toilet, it also has a sliding door that can be closed from the living areas for privacy. A ceiling fan in bedroom can also assist if it gets to hot in Summer when the bedroom door is closed. There is an aircon/heat pump to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter situated in the living area. A full kitchen with dish drawer, microwave, oven, cooktop and coffee machine are all yours to use, as well as the washing machine tucked away in the kitchen. We believe it’s the little things that count on holiday so we provide all bed linen, quality towels, facecloths, soaps, shampoo and body wash and hairdryer for the ladies. You really don’t need to bring anything except your food and even then the restaurants nearby are really worth checking out. In the spacious open plan living area there is a wall hung 65 inch LG smart TV and Freeview, Neon, Prime are all on offer to you. Netflix is accessible on the TV apps but it can only be used with your own account login. WiFi unlimited is also offered. We offer 2 mountain bikes that can be used while you stay to enjoy the nelson bike tracks, however these are also offered to our guests next door so it’s first in first serve. PLEASE NOTE - It is on a main road like all of Nelsons waterfront properties so it does experience traffic noise on the balcony, however when inside with doors closed it is bearly noticed and should not effect sleeping as it is situated at the rear of the apartment. If your a person use to city living then its for you, but if your a country dweller who like ls to listen to bird song then it’s not for you. The apartment is double glazed. Please read the reviews to make your mind up and I please ask you do not leave a bad review based on this as you are informed. The entrance to the car park area has a height restriction of 2 meters therefore high top vans will be not be suitable to enter and will need to park across the road.
