The space Casa De Playa - Beach Townhouse is located at Holloways beach a short drive (15 minutes) from Cairns city and all major attractions. The air conditioned living area opens out onto an undercover patio and private swimming pool. Laze in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi and a selection of board games are provided for your entertainment during your stay. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have quality mattresses and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed. Please note bedrooms are accessible by stairs only. The apartment has a main bathroom upstairs with another toilet downstairs as well as an inbuilt laundry, and high-quality towels and bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave as well as all basic kitchenware including a coffee maker and a few other staples for your convenience. The fabulous private outdoor area with undercover dining flows to the swimming pool, gardens and outdoor area to help you relax and enjoy our tropical climate. Outdoor shower in pool house, beach umbrella and beach play equipment. A private carport fitting one car (tight space) is included in your reservation. ***Only small dogs allowed. Other things to note Both bedrooms are on the first floor, accessible by stairs only. The garden and pool are maintained regularly every approx 2 weeks. It is possible our gardener or pool guy come during your stay (weekdays), they do not access the house so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans. As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself. There is a safe provided but please ensure property is locked securely when leaving or solely upstairs to prevent theft. ***Only small dogs allowed.
