The Bobs Lake Paradise

Welcome to this paradise on gorgeous Bobs Lake! This luxury lakefront cottage is located in town of Maberly Ontario which is 3 hours to Toronto, 1 hour to Kingston and 1.5 hours to Ottawa. Bobs Lake is the largest lake in this area and famous for boating, swimming, fishing for whole year and all kinds of water activities. The cottage has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 1 open loft with flat lot which sleeps up to 12 people making it the perfect getaway for all ages of people with furry friends. The space --- Built on a 3-acre waterfront flat lot with peace, quietness, bay view and a lot of sunshine; --- Crystal clear lake water for swimming and water activities with a private sand beach; --- Wide shoreline with a huge waterfront deck. Enjoy reading, drinking or tanning on the comfortable Muskoka chairs while watching your kid's playing and swimming on the sand beach, or even casting and fishing just from the deck; --- Typical cottage style inside with 4 full en-suites plus a loft, floor-to-ceiling glass window, solid log structure and lumber ceiling, kitchen with island, sun room as working and relaxing space, large deck with BBQ and 2 patio sets, gym center and recreational space with table tennis / pool table and air hockey; --- Kid's play ground at the backyard; --- Purified water from the tap for drinking and cooking. Although the well water after 2-stage softening, filtration and UV treatment is already drinkable there is an additional water filtration system to get pure water. Other things to note 1 . Most importantly, please respect our neighbors as you would do in your own community. We would ask that you keep your music and voice down to a minimum. SO appreciated for your cooperation. Any constant screaming or talking loudly outside will not be accepted. If you are not sure at this point you are not recommended to go ahead to book. Please note there is an outside security camera installed. 2. Absolutely no smoking inside the cottage and no marijuana or fireworks anytime and anywhere in the cottage. 3. The Bobs Lake Paradise is pet friendly as we understand it won't be perfect stay without your furry kid together. Please keep your pet off the sofa and bed anytime and clean up in case. 4. The trash is classified as recyclables and garbage. All the kitchen organics go to garbage. Please bring away the garbage if possible when you leave or drop it to waste disposal site at 582 Zealand Rd, Maberly ON(west of County Rd 36). Waste site hours in summer: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday from 8:00AM - 4:00PM and Sunday from 10:00AM - 6:00PM. Garbage bags are provided. There are two bins on deck at the corner, one for beer, wine and alcohol bottles and another one for all other recyclables. You may leave them there while check out. 5. The exact number of attending guests and pets should be truly reported. 6. No shoes inside the house please. 7. Bring your own fire woods if you want to use the fire pit. But always put the fire off while nobody around.
