Only a 3 min walk to Yufuin station, and a 4 min walk to Yunotsubo Kaid, Yufuin's main shopping street. How about a relaxing time in a cosy hot spring bath after fun sightseeing? This apartment can sleep up to 14 guests. All my beds are double size, and depending on the number of guests, you might have to share your bed with your friends or family. [About preparation for bedding] * Number of bedding is depends on how many people will stay at my house. * Futon mattresses are double size and beds are double size. * Up to 7 people ~ 14 people: 2 people sleep on 1 bedding. ・1 person: 1 beds in western room 1 ・Up to 2 people: 2 beds in western room 1 ・Up to 3 people 3: 2 beds in western room 1, 1 beds in western room 2 ・Up to 4 people: 2 beds in western room 1, 2 beds in western room 2 ・Up to 5 people: 2 beds in western room 1, 2 beds in western room 2 and 1 Futon mattresses at Japanese Style room. ・Up to 6 people: 2 beds in western room 1, 2 beds in western room 2 and 2 Futon mattresses at Japanese Style room. ・ Up to 7-12 people: 2 ppl share 1 bedding like above bedding set. ・Up to 13 people: 2 beds in western room 1, 2 beds in western room 2 and 2 Futon mattresses at Japanese Style room and 1 sofa bed at Living room. ・Up to 14 people: 2 beds in western room 1, 2 beds in western room 2 and 2 Futon mattresses at Japanese Style room and 2 sofa bed at Living room. 【There are/ Please check the listing pictures】 《Kitchen》 • Refrigerator • Microwave • Electric kettle • Induction heater 　 • rice cooker 《Living room》 • TV • Table • WIFI 《Bathroom》 • Wash basin • Washing machine • Outdoor Hot spring • Inner bath room：Bath tub and shower. • Shampoo • Conditioner • Body soap • 1 face towel and 1 body towel for each person • Toothbrush and Toothpaste ※About towels and toothbrush. The children who are under 7 years old are free of charge, so I won't prepare amenities, so please prepare yourself. If the guest want me to prepare these amenities, please reserve as adult. 《Toilet》 2 Toilet with bidet Guest access Whole House(No sharing with other guests.) Other things to note 【About Using kitchen】 Thank you for staying at my accommodation. Please cooperate that washing used plates, cutlery and other thing that you used and put it back to original place. Thank you for your cooperation. 【About seasoning and Oil】 I didn't prepare any seasonings and oil. ※Please do not grill meat or cook hot pot or other dishes that produce a lot of smoke inside. 【Cleaning】 ・Professional cleaning company will clean my house before Check-in and after Check-out. ・I won't clean the house while your stay. ・ If you need cleaning while staying, you need to pay extra charge, so please inform me by 15:00 the day before 【Towels】 ・One towel/bath towel will be provided for each person. *One ticket per person regardless of the number of nights. Additional services will be charged. ・Face towel: ¥200 ・Bath towel: ¥300 ・Bath towel/face towel set: ¥500/1 set If you wish to do so, please be sure to contact us at least one day before your stay. Requests made on the day will not be accepted. Separate washing machine detergent is available, so please feel free to use it. 【About Linen】 ・I will prepare Futon cover, quilt cover and pillow cover. ・I won't change the these covers while your stay. 【The children under 7 years old are free】 ・I won't prepare towels, amenities for the age under 7 years old, so please prepare your self. ＊If you want me to prepare these, Please add your kids as adult. ＊You can't watch NHK TV program.
