The House that you will call home: Noonameena has four bedrooms with garden and bushland view. 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms area, plus patio lounge area that you can relax and enjoy 180-degree bushland view. We also have an external teen pod that all the teens and adults can enjoy and sleep. Attractions near Noonameena: Noonameena is directly opposite the popular Sherbrook Forest. 3 mins away from Tecoma train station and Tecoma town which includes McDonald’s that opens 24 hrs. 3 mins away from the popular Belgrave town, Belgrave train station, the one and only Puffing Billy, Woolworths, Cinema, cafes, restaurants and clubs. The Police station and CFA is also there. On the other side of Sherbrooke Forest, there are many beautiful gardens for you to enjoy including Nicholas Alfred memorial garden and A few minutes further, you will reach the popular Sassafras and Olinda towns. There are cafes, restaurants, shops, walking tracks, the famous Dandenong Botanical Garden and many other local attractions. There are plenty of open green lawns around the house which is suitable for outdoor picnic or kicking balls. The back of the property adjoins the Ferny Creek National Park. Smart lock with code and swipe cards provided Other things to note There is an undercover carport for 2 cars and plenty of car spaces for off street parking A gate for privacy and safety. There is only one sensor security camera on the premises (24 hrs) and it's from the garage pointing out the front gate. This is strictly for security purposes only. A septic tank is used for this property. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Additionally, refrain from pouring chemical products or alcohol down the sink. Originally, our place accommodated up to 15 guests. However, there were instances of extra guests beyond 15 staying without permission, which led to issues with the septic system. Septic experts investigated, and we have since made improvements to the system. They recommended reducing the number of guests to 10, and we have not experienced any issues since implementing this change
