Doggy Door from laundry to back yard Where the the bush meets the rugged coastline - the neighbourhoods of One Mile and Boat Harbour is famous for its natural beauty, secluded beaches, stunning coastline walks, rainforest and koala habitats. During May to November you will find the locals perched on the rocks at Boat Harbour spotting the whales as they pass through the humpback highway on their annual migratory journey. One Mile Beach is one of the most popular patrolled surf beaches in Port Stephens. A long (one mile in fact!), white sand beach perfect for both families and surfers is patrolled throughout the summer months. For those learning to surf to the more experienced in search of a clean wave One Mile is the place to be. Samurai Beach just north of One Mile is another beautiful spot accessible by 4WD and is a clothes optional beach. The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property. To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort. Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered. A $1000 Security Deposit (PRE-Authorisation) IS TO BE Held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa. You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival. Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence. Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you. The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
