Plus, you'll enjoy the privacy of this lot, which backs onto a protected forested area in the charming village. And now, the star of the space — a brand-new sauna with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the surrounding nature and treed backyard. It’s the perfect place to warm up, unwind, and enjoy peaceful views in every season. NOTE: Lake access is a few minutes walk on Tuyll street. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign separate pet addendum Parking is limited to 3 vehicles Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required.
