The space There is a fitness center and from the rooftop swimming pool you have an amazing view over the city and the Patong bay. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove and all utensils. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi connection is available. The bathroom is large and there is a walk in shower. One extra person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to prepare bedding before your arrival. Guest access The condominium has seven floors of accommodation for long-stay residents and holiday guests. Key card access to the building, CCTV cameras and a professional security team at night provide a high security level. Facilities also include indoor parking spaces, two passenger elevators and smoke & heat detectors in all units. Other things to note Wifi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided by our staff upon arrival.
