Each living space exudes calm and relaxation with the allure of a Mediterranean villa, effortlessly blending timeless design elements with modern comfort. Step into the kitchen, a culinary haven where you can unleash your inner chef. Adorned with European appliances and equipped with all the cooking utensils you need, it invites you to create culinary delights while enjoying the picturesque ocean views. Nearby, the laundry area provides convenience with a new 14kg washing machine, tumble dryer, and amenities such as a Nespresso machine, sandwich toaster, bread machine, blender, and steamer. Continuing into the living room and dining areas, you'll find a haven for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the comfortable couch and oversized ottoman as you unwind in front of the TV, or gather around the 8-seater dining table to play board games whilst soaking up the panoramic views, perfect for spotting dolphins and whales. Open the sliding doors and step out onto the garden area, where a BBQ and dining table under the pergola await, providing shade and comfortable space for alfresco gatherings. The expansive grass space, fire pit (perfect for winter evenings), and sharing circle enhance the inviting ambiance, while on the other side of the house, a trampoline or backyard tennis adds a playful touch. As you venture further, discover a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower on the ground floor, along with three double bedrooms, each offering breathtaking ocean views. The first bedroom, Banksia, features a queen-sized bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, ample storage space, and bedside tables. In the second bedroom, Boronia, you'll find a king single bed and a single bed in the form of a large bunk, comfortably accommodating adults. Reverse-cycle air conditioning, shelves, and storage space make this room ideal for relaxation. The third bedroom, Wattle, features a cozy double bed, shelves, and hanging space. A Dyson air humidifier/fan is available for use in the summer, and a portable heater is provided for the winter months. And finally, ascend the stairs to the master suite, where the epitome of relaxation awaits. Step onto the spacious deck, perfect for morning routines like yoga or sipping your morning brew while soaking in the panoramic ocean vistas. The queen-sized bed, walk-in robe, and nearby cupboard space provide convenience and comfort. Indulge in the Mediterranean-inspired ensuite, boasting a separate shower and an oversized deep bathtub that offers beach views by day and a chance to stargaze at night. The bi-folding door located next to the (very comfortable) bed can be left ajar, soothing you with the sound of the ocean whilst you soak in the amazing views. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except the garage. Giants of Mandurah: Visit the Giants of Mandurah, an incredible art installation showcasing large sculptures in the area. You can find one of the Giants nearby, along the coastal track at the rear of the house. For more information, visit their website: Giants of Mandurah. Coastal Track and Swimming: Explore the scenic coastal track, which stretches for over 20kms. Enjoy a leisurely walk or bike ride while taking in the beautiful ocean views. Turn left for the kids park and access to the natural pool, which is where we would recommend swimming. Turn right and you’ll arrive at Dotti’s beach (mentioned below) with Tods Café, which is recommended (especially the big breakfast). You can access the track from the rear of the house. Local Skate Park: Check out the local skate park for some fun and adrenaline. It's a great place for skateboarding, rollerblading, and BMX riding. The skate park is located at nearby Halls Park. Dolphin Watching: From the comfort of your house, you can spot dolphins in the nearby waters, although you have a better chance of seeing one at the local park in Henry Sutton Grove, where it is popular to Kayak, Paddle Board, Swim and take advantage of the natural shade and free BBQ’s. You could also consider booking a dolphin-watching tour in Mandurah. Visit Mandurah Cruises for tour options. Local Parks and Picnic Spots: Enjoy the following nearby parks and picnic spots: • Doddi's Beach Park: A lovely park with picnic facilities, playgrounds, and beach access. Located at Doddi's Beach Park. • Halls Head Recreation Reserve: A spacious park with BBQ areas, picnic tables, and walking trails. Located at Halls Head Recreation Reserve. • Peelwood Reserve: A serene park with a lake, picnic spots, and nature trails. Located at Peelwood Reserve. There are so many parks to choose from nearby that you can simply go in any direction and you will find one. We often did this with the kids and always found a new one within minutes. Foreshore and Shopping: Explore Mandurah's beautiful foreshore area for shopping and independent local shops. You'll find a variety of stores and boutiques along the Mandurah Foreshore. For a unique shopping experience, visit Smart Street Mall, a vibrant shopping precinct with a range of specialty shops. Restaurants and Bars: • Flics Kitchen: Enjoy a delightful dining experience at Flics Kitchen, known for its modern Australian cuisine and waterfront views. Reservation recommended. • Brewvino: Indulge in fine food and wine at Brewvino. Try their slow-roast Lamb or Beef, but make sure to book ahead as it's first come, first serve! • Catch 22: A popular seafood restaurant with waterfront views. Visit Catch 22 for a delicious seafood feast. • The Pen: Enjoy a range of craft beers, cocktails, and live music at The Pen, a local bar and live music venue. There are so many to choose from, a list can be found at the AGFG website by entering Mandurah, all are a short Uber away. One standout is Silk Thai, which is in our opinion the best in the area, I’d advise booking ahead if on a Weekend or during peak season. Bars and Nightlife: • Murphy's Irish Pub: Experience the lively atmosphere at Murphy's Irish Pub, offering traditional Irish food, drinks, and live entertainment. • Brighton Hotel: A beachfront hotel with a relaxed vibe, offering a range of drinks and pub-style food. Visit Brighton Hotel for a casual evening. • The Pipers Inn would be considered the local, which is a Scottish Bar, serving Traditional food and beer. Please note that some restaurants and bars may require reservations, so it's advisable to book ahead, especially during peak times.
