In the heart of Lapa!

Think of a super stylish apartment, with all possible amenities in the center of the most beautiful and exciting capital in Brazil. This is my apartment, we have two bedrooms and a suite decorated with excellence to receive friends, couples and families. We sought to build a unique accommodation experience, a project by FE.soluções designed to combine modernity and tradition in a single place! The space Its location is exquisite. Access to the historic city center can be done on foot, a walk of about 10 min. The southern part of the city is easily accessible by subway, bus or Uber. On the other hand, the apartment has been completely renovated to provide comfort to guests, with air-conditioning in all rooms and common areas. In short, what I like most about this apartment (and that's why I lived there for so many years) is the possibility of being in a privileged place, in the heart of Lapa, but at the same time enjoying a certain quietness, because the apartment is on the 13th floor of the building, in the back. Guest access Guests have access to gardens, laundry facilities, and a small restaurant. Other things to note We do not accept extra guests. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, however, it is forbidden inside the apartment. Parties or events are prohibited. For use of the condominium pool, guests must send to the host (one week in advance of their arrival date) a medical certificate ensuring physical health for the release of the use of the space. The condominium only accepts certificates issued by Brazilian doctors. Note for use of the garage: the apartment has ONE parking space in the condominium garage. If the guest comes by car, please inform us at the time of booking so that permission can be issued for the car to use the garage.
