Nestled in a private park near amenities, highways and walking distance to local & tourist favorites! A short walk will take you to the beach. Walk the 5 km long shoreline, go for a swim in the warm saltwater. At Aboiteau beach, you can enjoy a delicious seafood dinner overlooking the ocean or have a crafted beer at the locally renown brewery Cavok (seasonal). The space 2 bedroom cottage with opened concept living room/dining room. Living room has a pull-out couch. Cottage includes: - BBQ - Propane fire pit to enjoy with family and friends in the evening - Outside/Inside Toys - Beach trolley to haul beach items - Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys for children - Washer/Dryer in cottage - Outside furniture - Keurig machine Other things to note Dogs are welcomed but with an additional 40$ cleaning fee.
