It’s only a few minutes’ drive (or a 20-minute stroll) into the Nairne township for eateries, pubs, and beautiful historic buildings. The Howard Vineyard is 4 minutes away by car, with tourist spot Hahndorf only 15 minutes’ drive from the house. The space Featuring ducted aircon and stylish tiled flooring, the house has a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining space with a table setting for 8 people, 2 comfy sofas and a 65” ‘smart’ TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric cooktop, under-bench oven, microwave, family sized fridge and loads of bench space. Sliding doors bring you out to an alfresco, covered entertaining area with its own L-shaped lounge, coffee table, outdoor dining for 8 people and an electric barbecue that stands next to a long, vintage butcher’s block for food prep. This entertaining area flows through to a large backyard lawn area for the kids to play in, while the landscaped garden has its own automatic watering system. Back inside the house, there are 4 bedrooms, all carpeted and fitted with blinds to control the light flow. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with shower, with the other 3 bedrooms come with a choice of queen bed, double bed or 2 x single beds, all with built-in wardrobes. There’s also a second, carpeted living room with a sofa, armchairs and its own 65” ‘Smart’ TV. The house’s master bathroom has a shower and a full-sized bathtub.
