Guest access From the basement underground secured car park (3 allocated spots are for this penthouse), a lift takes you straight up to the penthouse floor. Access to the complex amenities is from the ground floor. Other things to note Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key. Therefore, no parties, no excessive noise at any time as residents also live there full time. We have a strict no party, no school Leavers, Hens, Bucks or similar policy. Anyone found to be breaking our Terms and Conditions will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
